We had a good talk at our Coordinators meeting last week and they have done their surveys and got some feedback they weren't expecting - it gave us the opportunity to have very rich conversations about really understanding our culture and deep dive into who we are as leaders and what our team feel and see. Module 1 has really helped give the team a terrific launch pad to really get into some meaty work with the teams.
